Students that meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in the SSS program at IECC.

  1. US citizen OR permanent resident.

  2. Enrolled OR accepted for enrollment at an IECC school.

  3. Must meet at least ONE of the following criteria

    • 1st generation college student - This means neither of your biological or adoptive parents have a 4 year degree or higher than a 4 year degree. ​

    • Meet our income guide line.

    • Have a documented disability that can affect your education.

  4. Be an Associate degree seeking students with goals of transferring to a 4 year institution.

  5. Have academic need in at least ONE area from the List of Academic Needs.
